What is the Marketing plan?
The Marketing plan gives your club a public listing on MyPokerMaps with an enhanced profile, tournament schedule, and live table availability -- but does not include club portal access. It's perfect for clubs that want online visibility without management tools.
Can I upgrade from Marketing to a full plan?
Yes! You can upgrade to Starter, Professional, or Enterprise at any time. Your public profile carries over and your club portal is provisioned instantly.
Is there a setup fee?
Published standard plans currently show no setup fee. Optional onboarding and staff training, if selected, are quoted before activation.
How does metered billing work?
Professional plans include 500 SMS/month and 25 ID scans. Enterprise includes 2,000 SMS. Overages are billed at $0.05/msg and $0.50/scan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancellation terms are confirmed during onboarding based on the selected plan and any custom services.
