MyPokerMaps
Partnerships

Partnerships that are useful, measurable, and operationally real.

We want room, media, tournament, technology, and commercial partners. This page now describes the supported intake path and the kinds of partnerships MyPokerMaps can evaluate without promising unsupported audience counts, guaranteed commissions, or fake program perks.

No unsupported partnership claims

Partnership terms, revenue shares, inventory guarantees, media rights, data access, and service levels are evaluated case by case and must be confirmed in writing.

Club and operator partners

For rooms that want a better public discovery and operating bridge.

  • Public listing and onboarding review through supported club workflows.
  • Optional public-web self-service depends on the club’s settings and payment readiness.
  • Operator commitments should be reflected in the signed commercial agreement.

Tournament and event partners

For event organizers who need accurate public visibility.

  • Public tournament promotion is based on real event data.
  • Preregistration and reminders are available only where the registration flow is wired.
  • Past events are not represented as upcoming inventory.

Advertising and media partners

For brands that want poker-audience placements without opaque inventory claims.

  • Public placements and auction windows are shown from sellable inventory.
  • Creative activation waits for approved creative and successful payment.
  • Historical projections are labeled as estimates, not guarantees.

Technology and data partners

For integrations that improve poker discovery or operations.

  • Public catalog boundaries use public-safe data only.
  • Private club operations, employee records, and player identities are not shared by default.
  • Integration scope must include auth, privacy, support, and monitoring expectations.

Commercial terms

Money terms should match the actual flow of funds.

  • Platform-owned revenue routes to StackTrax/MyPokerMaps billing.
  • Club-owned wallet payments route to the participating club when Connect is ready.
  • Revenue-share or referral models are not assumed until contracted.

Trust and review

Partnerships should make the product more credible, not noisier.

  • We review fit, operational readiness, compliance risk, and user value.
  • Partners must not use the platform to misrepresent games, listings, ads, or outcomes.
  • Public claims should be backed by production data or written commercial terms.

What to include

Useful inquiries are specific and easier to route.

  • Tell us who you are, what you operate, and which market you serve.
  • Explain the desired partnership type and what success should look like.
  • Call out required integrations, timelines, compliance constraints, and budget expectations.

This creates a platform intake request. If the direct partnerships backend is unavailable, the request falls back into the support ticket queue instead of pretending the submission worked.
