With Poker Clubs:

  • Name and contact information (when you join their club)
  • Check-in history and gameplay data
  • Payment history related to their club

Clubs need this information to operate. They're bound by separate agreements to protect your data.

For Legal Reasons:

  • To enforce our Terms of Service
  • To protect our rights and safety
  • In response to valid subpoenas or court orders

Business Transfers:

If StackTrax is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner.

StackTrax is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

If we learn that we've collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it immediately. Parents who believe their child has provided information should contact us at privacy@stacktrax.com.

8. International Data Transfers

StackTrax operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries.

For EU Users:

  • We ensure adequate data protection in all locations
