Clubs control their public listing, tables, tournaments, waitlists, wallet settings, and self-service rules.
Public actions depend on the club enabling the relevant feature and, for payments, Stripe Connect readiness.
Operational corrections should be auditable instead of hidden behind overwritten records.

For tournaments

Tournament visibility should be accurate and current.

Past events are not marketed as upcoming.
Token/unit charges are tracked separately from prize-pool money where configured.
Preregistration, reminders, and receipts appear only where the supported workflow exists.

For advertisers

Advertising should be easy to understand without fake inventory claims.

Auction and placement pages show public-safe inventory or honest empty states.

Payments and wallet
